Biografia
Cristiano Ceretti was born in Milan in 1973. From a young age, he embraced drawing as his primary form of expression, later expanding into painting, sculpting, photography, and graphic design.
At sixteen, he spent a transformative year in Los Angeles, immersing himself in its vibrant culture. After returning to Italy, he pursued studies in architecture and design, earning honors from the Polytechnic University of Milan in 2002.
Cristiano’s career spans roles as a graphic designer, art director, and photographer, working in cities like Milan, London, and Saint Petersburg. In 2005, he co-founded Media Lab and co-organized Galleria in Galleria, the largest art exhibition in a European metro.
His art, known for its blend of real-life experiences and vivid fantasies, gained traction with exhibitions in Milan and Russia. In 2012, his project Pinocchio Goes to Smolny was showcased at the 53rd Venice Biennale.
Currently, he works as an art director in advertising while continuing to create sharp, evocative drawings.
